Work and Travel

Is your business looking for highly motivated and talented young individuals for entry-level, seasonal positions? Discover Dargui’s Winter Work & Travel program! Our participants possess excellent English skills and are eager to gain valuable work experience while fully immersing themselves in American culture and life.

Internship & Training

Is your business looking for skilled university graduates to fill specialized roles? Bring diversity to your team with our Internship and Trainee Program, which typically lasts between 12 to 18 months. Our interns and trainees are highly motivated, young professionals who bring fresh energy and productivity into the workplace.

Recruiting & Hiring Process

Our team is trained to guide you throughout the entire process with your applicants:

We’ll start with a brief Zoom meeting or phone call to get to know you and understand your specific business and staffing needs. We’ll take notes on your requirements, including language proficiency and skill levels, and then publish these details for our Work and Travel or Intern and Trainee candidate pool.
We evaluate, interview, and assess our candidate pool to find individuals who our placement experts determine will be a perfect fit for a role in your company.
We organize the interviews with the candidates, whether in-person or virtual. The final selection is entirely up to you!
We coordinate and work on all the documentation for applicants so that they can apply for the J1 seasonal work visa.
We guide all applicants in the purchase of their air flights and we send you the information of their air flights so that you know the date on which they will arrive in your city.
We provide ongoing support for any questions you may have throughout the duration of our partnership.

At Dargui Intercambios, we believe that employers achieve the best results by conducting face-to-face interviews in the students’ home country.

That’s why we invite employers who hire a large number of students to visit our offices in Peru for our job fairs, at no cost to their company.

Every year, recruiters from ski resorts, luxury hotels, and other employers join us on a tour through Peru. Here, they can better understand their students’ culture and meet their seasonal staffing needs.

Online interviews are conducted via Zoom. A representative from Dargui Intercambios will be present during your virtual job fair to provide assistance at all times.
